The person who took my X-rays and the one who examined my teeth were both very kind and professional. However, my experience with the billing discussion felt very different. I’ve never been to a dental office where the billing representative questioned whether insurance would pay for the work before it was even submitted. It felt as though there was uncertainty about how the claim would be coded, and almost an expectation that it might be denied upfront. That was confusing to me. In my past experiences with dental offices, billing has always been straightforward and insurance coverage was handled without concern. Really bad experience this past week as we were looking for a new dentist on this side of DFW. The front office staff is extremely rude and not at all patient focused. We have insurance with AARP United Healthcare but the staff could not verify and wanted us to just pay out of pocket or join their finance plans. We made an appointment weeks in advance and provided all insurance information. Four minutes before we arrived the day of the appointment they called and said we had no coverage. We were already at the office so we went in and provided our insurance cards. They claimed they called but again said no coverage. If your looking to have oral surgery and work for a living, I would not bother wasting your time or money at this dentistry. Oral surgeon only comes on Wednesdays but never shows up? I've been going here for about a year and never had any issues until, I tried to schedule my oral surgery appointment. I needed to get sick time off approved from my job, as it would be nice to still have a decent paycheck for the next pay period for the days I miss. Also oral surgery isn't cheap even with insurance. My days getting covered also protects me from being fired while I'm away. My visit and dental work with Dentists at Chisolm Trail was excellent! The entire staff starting with Miss Isha was outstanding! Dr Hua and Mr. David really made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my procedure! Everyone was very caring, concerned, and reassuring that I would be ok through it all! A pleasant and friendly disposition goes a long way in these situations! Great job team!

Worst dentist office I’ve ever encountered. Do not believe the replies from the “owner” in the reviews because no one in that office Is the owner and the number that’s left is just to the front desk where the staff is Disrespectful and nonchalant and show zero concern for their patients.
