We've been a patients for at least 2 decades and Dr. Ryan and Dr. Suzie are great with my nervous family members too. We haven't ever felt pressured to move ahead with treatment ideas. They've been so generous with payment options and generous with their time - especially volunteering at my kids pre-school. We are so glad to have them as our dental providers!

Ive had such an amazing experience every time that i've had an appointment, from Tiffany at the front desk, to Jodi and Ryan fixing my teeth and to Jessica and Suzie straightening them. I highly recommend coming here. Also perfect for people with anxiety when it comes to the dentist, they are so warm and welcoming and walk you through every step before it even happens. Thank you for giving me the smile i always dreamt of!

Dentistry on Officers Row engages in some of the most reckless and unethical billing behavior I have ever experienced in healthcare. I did not receive a bill. I did not receive an email. I did not receive a voicemail. I did not receive a letter. I learned about this alleged balance only because it was sent straight to collections more than FIVE YEARS after my appointment. At the time of my visit, I was verbally told that my insurance would cover the dental work. After that visit, there was complete silence for years. The office now claims they attempted to contact me multiple times, yet I have no missed calls, no voicemails, and no written notices of any kind. I found the dental work of Dr Ryan Bergman to be some of the best I've experienced in the area. Very pleased with his repairs on my teeth. It's a shame their business practices are unethical. Read through the negative reviews, you'll see several others complain about the same. I received an *additional* bill for dental work almost a year after the services. When I called, it was confirmed that the dental work one year prior WAS paid in FULL with a zero balance at the time of the work. It was also confirmed that they discovered one of their employees was "incorrectly" billing, hence they were coming after the patients, such as myself - a year later and expecting compensation. My experience with Dr. Ryan was nothing short of exceptional. Over a long period of time and several appointments, I had many root canal’s and dental implants. Dr. Ryan was patient, kind, gentle, and professional. He altered his staffing schedule and offered extended appointments to accommodated my difficult work schedule. The office is exceptionally clean, comfortable, has a kind and friendly environment, and I highly recommend and encourage anyone to make an appointment with Dr. Ryan!! He is the most experienced and knowledgeable dentist I have worked with and remain so thankful to him.
