Dentistry For Children

I've been taking my daughter to see Dr. Rulnick for 5 years. I appreciate his soft demeanor and his ability to be truthful about what's going on. In the beginning, I needed better education on maintaining my child's teeth; he delivered it very gently (yet plainly) to me. Iris & Ruth are wonderful members of staff. Ruth seems like she really cares about the children they see. The office is shabby and run down... There are broken locks, dirty floors, peeling wallpaper - but that's okay. The quality of care is excellent. My daughter actually loves Dr. Rulnick and swears she'll only see him forever. It'll be tough when she ages out of his practice. Dr. Rulnick has seen us through multiple oral surgeries and treatments for cavities. I feel confident in my daughter's future with her teeth. I

I brought my daughter here and everything was fantastic. Dr. R was very soft and kind. He made me and my daughter very comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable and good conversation. I would highly recommend.

It’s time for Rulnick to retire!!! My son has Autism and not only did he NOT have any patience with my son, but he kept trying to hold my son down while he was trying to get up from the chair, he also kept being rough with his head and mouth. I realized my son was bleeding from his lip when I took him to the car. But my husband and I were trying to help by talking to our son and telling him that everything’s gonna be okay, that he’s doing great, the dentist is good but Rulnick kept looking at us saying “too many people talking”… we were just trying to help and get our son to lay back down. Not to mention he was having a full blown conversation with his assistant about personal stuff. Very hypocritical of him!!! Anyways, if I could give a 0 star I would!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!! And

My son had a few cavities to get filled for the first time today. Dr. Rulnick and his assistant were both amazing! I was a bit nervous that my son might freak out, but he remained calm the entire time thanks to their amazing bedside manners. Dr. Rulnick was very thorough as he explained every single thing he was doing in a manner in which my son would be able to comprehend.

Dr. Rulnick is the most amazing dentist ever! Not only is he great with the children, he is an expert. He is patient, kind, considerate and professional! I brought my own son and my foster children to be treated by him and it was always an excellent experience. The children never were scared and didn't cry! The staff is great too!
