Dentistry for Children - Stockbridge

Shavon is so sweet and really thorough in explaining any questions you may have until you get a full understanding without making you feel bad! Very professional and just so warm over the phone!!! My son loves this dentistry office and I’m glad my insurance is accepted here! She explained to me that if needed I could always get a. Referral to maximize my benefits if needed in the future!! They truly look out for the children’s best oral health! Definitely will recommend!! In Person and over the phone they remain so welcoming and professional!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is the BEST dentistry for kids location! The staff has a mixed staff of older and younger people. What I love MOST with this specific location is that even the younger staff here are pleasant, kind, approachable, and personable. I LOVE that they introduce themselves and goes over any concerns the parent or child may heave pertaining to their dental health. Each patient including my kids was approached with respect and kindness. Thanks you the ALL the the staff at this location!

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit to this location. Upon arrival there were so many people in the waiting room, which made me feel a bit uneasy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and informative. My girls enjoyed being able to look at the turtles in the tank and play the arcade games in the lobby. The staff moved people through very quickly and were beyond friendly. The hygienist and dentist were all amazing. I was made aware of an issue with the way that my daughter's teeth were growing that no other peads dentist mentioned, so I was extremely grateful. I would definitely recommend this facility 10/10.

This location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. All staff members were very friendly and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The particular day of my daughter’s appointment, it was very crowded and yet the service was quick. They allowed for a you and t shirt at the end which my daughter was happy about.

So my son is going years old so that tells you how long I have been going to Dentistry for Children. I now have 3 kids that go there. I have never in my time going there have received the level of customer service I did today. They called me back 3 times for papers to be filled out instead of giving it all to me at once. In one of those call ups, I was finishing the first set of papers and she told me I could not do it at the counter to walk away. I thought that was rude. Especially when I had been called back a few times. The. When I was done with the paper work. I went to give it to this other lady and she ignored me for about 5 minutes. So I left my clipboard and papers on the counter, since they had such a problem me standing there just a few minutes ago. She was so rude she didn’t
