Dentistry for Children - Conyers

You guys have to do BETTER! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I normally bring my sons together but this time my youngest needed something different. My son’s appointment was scheduled at least a month or so ago for today at 2 pm. Soon as you walk in there’s no designated line so you have to ask and make sure you don’t cut anybody there before you. As we sit and wait I’m paying attention to one of the staff that picks up the paper calls the child name and takes them to the back. However this time she’s literally fumbling through the paper as if she’s picking who she wants to pick. It is now 4pm and my son is STILL in the chair waiting to be seen. I got here 10-15 minutes early and didn’t get pulled to the back til an hour later. What is the point of an appointment if you won’t be seen for that time o

Horrible Experience! This place is trash they always over book patients to cram as much people into a time frame as possible, the lobby is always chaotic and loud, the wait time is horrendous and usually take 3+ hours for a routine cleaning, and today they have a dental assistant who I witnessed nod off in her chair twice while I was waiting for a chair with my youngest child. This is a prime example of Low class care.... I recommend running away from this place far and fast and find another dentist office. DISGUSTING! On top of everything my son told me they cut his gums during a simple cleaning! No cavities..... Just a cleaning and they couldn't even do that correctly.

We’ve been going here since my 17 1/2 yr old daughter could have her 1st cleaning. Today my 2 kids had an appt at 3:30. I had them checked out of school and we arrived at 3:20. It was packed when we got there and I knew how my last visit went so I made sure that I paid attention this time. We were patiently waiting and 45 min had passed by. I began to see kids get called back that came in after us. 3 different families were called so I went to the desk and asked how was it that my kids were still waiting in the lobby and we was there before the others. She told me that it depends on when your front desk person puts your paper up. Didn’t make sense to me but I went and sat back down. Average time for a 3 year old cleaning is 10 mins. All they do is brush his teeth and floss. tell me why our apt was at 9 and we didn’t leave till after they had lunch. Staff was so mean and didn’t explain anything to me. Go in, sign in, wait for 1 hour, go to the back… wait for another hour!!! Just to get teeth brushed!!! Then waiting another 45 minutes, not even joking, just to be dismissed. Why is the wait time so long. Why does staff seem like they’re just box checking and not even creating a safe and friendly environment for younger patients my anxiety is bad sugar low! I’m probably gonna try and go back maybe it’s just like that because it’s our first time going.
