Dentistry for Children - Camp Creek

I absolutely lovvvee this place. The environment, atmosphere was amazing. Super professional. “MILDRED” is sooo sweet. I love how she runs the front, very soft spoken tone but firm. She’s organized and seems to be on top of things! They had kids movie playing, very professional & warm environment. Staff was super sweet & my son felt very comfortable while he was getting services. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I would like to acknowledge Breanna, she is soooo amazingly professional at doing her job. I give her all 5 stars. I can’t even explain just how detailed she was….i just know she was proficient, very pleasant and courteous. She ask me the right questions and did not keep me in suspense of waiting on a response or what the response would be. Her attitude was heard thru the pleasantness of the tone in her voice. It’s like she was tailored just for me today… I’m not feeling well and she acknowledged that…I’m thankful and so very grateful for Ms. Breanna💜

I have always used this place for my children’s dental needs however today I am very disappointed. My youngest had her cavities fixed and I was not able to stay in the room. My daughter doesn’t like to be held down and I tried to get someone to inform them of that , sharida (xray tech), she informed me that she was not in there and proceeded to ignore me. Manager came and rolled her eyes after trying to “explain” protocol. I have never felt so scared for the lack of communication and information or lack of professionalism. Working with children you HAVE to have empathy and if these bitter, nasty attitude people don’t like their jobs they should get a new one.!! I like the doctor but I’m not sure if we will be back…. I’m not sure if it’s just this location but I am very disappointed to say

The experience was good! I love the front office staff and the actual dentist and her assistant, who are extremely professional and provide exceptional service. I do have feedback about the person who cleaned Sharae teeth. She made Sharae feel like she was being judged for not cleaning her teeth properly on a personal note. This is the second time this happened with the same person. Sharae said her experience with that person is less than good. She has requested a different person to clean her teeth on her next visit. The clients who are children should be encouraged and inspired to clean their teeth. Sharae felt embarrassed and said she would have liked if the lady would have e given tips and been more friendly with her approach.

My kids actually look forward to their dentist appointments, which says everything! The team does an amazing job personally engaging with each child and explaining oral health in a way that’s fun and easy to understand. They make the kids feel proud of taking care of their teeth instead of scared or nervous. And of course, they love picking out a toy at the end of the visit. It’s such a positive environment, and you can tell they truly care about building healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a children’s dentist who makes visits enjoyable!
