Dentistry for Children and Teens

We brought our daughter for her very first dentist appointment, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Everyone was warm and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. All of the staff were awesome, front desk, Dr Powell.. A special thank you to Nadia! She was truly exceptional. She was professional, accommodating, and incredibly thorough, all while being so kind and patient. She made the whole visit easy and stress-free. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how nice she was! We couldn’t have asked for a better first dental experience.

I’m currently watching my kiddo get his checkup. He’s 4 so I was a bit worried about X-rays and other procedures, but I really had nothing to worry about. They explained everything to him before they did anything and talked to him with kindness and respect. I love hearing, “wow! You’re so good at that! I’m so proud of you!” From his hygienists! What a wonderful staff and environment they have created!

First off, I think it would have been a kind courtesy for the dentist office to have let me know that my insurance would no longer cover the cost of my kids dental exams and procedures because they dropped their contract with my insurance. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years with this insurance. But they never let me know and continued to let me schedule my kid’s cavity feelings even though they knew I’d be paying out of pocket. Secondly, the fillings are put in so tight I cannot get floss between her back teeth. I’ve ordered skinnier floss after my own research and decision. They didn’t tell me to do this. Finally, I want to say I feel scammed. They billed me for everything they could. I noticed others have reviewed this practice and felt scammed, that their kids didn’t even have cavi

10/10. Office very CLEAN, staff very professional and informative! The doctor was amazing very friendly. My daughters had an amazing experience for their first appointment. The office is very kid friendly decorated as well.

My daughters were patients for years. While the clinical care was fine, we often had problems with their billing. They would bill the wrong insurance, or post a random bill several months after the appointment. We moved out of the area, but received a random bill for hundreds several months later (despite a prior 0 balance). I called and they told me they were having a problem with the billing system and I actually had a 0$ balance. Now over a year later I’ve been receiving bills for $407 despite not having been there for about 2 years. Save yourself the hassle and find a different practice to go to.
