Dentistry By Design-Port St. Lucie

I initially heard about them from one of their patients who loves them and highly recommended this office. Ultimately I didn’t come here because in the end we realized that I had a different insurance than I originally thought and that this office doesn’t take it. But while interacting with their office, I spoke with Chelsea who was so kind and professional. She got me all the info I needed in a timely manner and to be honest, they’re so professional and kind that I’m considering changing my insurance to one that they accept. For now, the least I can do is express my gratitude towards their prompt responses, willingness to help and their most friendly nature. Thank u Chelsea!!

Unprofessional is an understatement! Made an emergency appointment for a tooth that had been causing severe pain. Showed up for the appointment and the dental assistant was sleeping at the front desk. Completely passed out! I tried waking him and he didn’t get up. Out cold snoring. When I tried calling to get an appointment no one answered the phone after several attempts I went to the office. The receptionist told me I was a no call no show but said she couldn’t get me in for another 12 days!! Too bad for them I have pictures to prove I was there

If I could give 6 stars then I would! Every time I go to this office I always feel like I'm walking in to my family's establishment! The girls in the front are such a delight to talk to. The always greet me with a smile and I feel like they genuinely want to know how I am doing each time they see me. The hygienist gives me the best cleanings I've ever had in my life, I always feel like she never misses a beat. When I got my work done with doctor Sarah, she was gentle and thorough. I trust these ladies with all my dental needs and have referred all my family to them as well.

This place is awesome! Dr Sarah is the best dentist I have ever had! She is so gentle & patient. Everyone of the girls there are amazing! I give them a 10! I never felt the injections I was given. How does she do that? I have a lot of dental work in my mouth & Dr Sarah & the office girls are a God sent!

Worst experience ever! Had immediate temporary dentures done in April and this is what happened! All they want is more $$ cause the material is different for permanent dentures.
