Great experience at Dentistry at the Heights! The front desk staff was welcoming, the dental assistant was helpful and informative, and Dr. Jennifer Wismer was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care and Service! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I was treated like family. I cannot recommend Dr. Wismer and her team enough! After a painful and unpleasant experience with a previous dentist, I was anxious about needing a crown for a newly chipped tooth. Finding a trustworthy dentist isn’t easy, but the staff at Dentistry at the Heights made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. They checked on me throughout the procedure, offered a blanket for comfort, and even prepared my crown during the same visit — which was really important to me since I have a very busy work schedule. Dr. Trotter did an excellent job with my veneers so far. I have the bottom permanent veneers and they look great. The top temporary veneers were put in today. I wasn’t sure about my top temporary veneers at first, but once the anesthesia wore off, I really liked how they looked. Dr. Trotter and the dental team are patient, professional, and they make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I’m looking forward to getting my permanent top veneers soon.

Very professional and pleasant people. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. I have serious dental health issues and was very worried about procedures and costs. The staff were very positive and encouraging with their feedback. I was very comfortable at all times and everything that I needed to know was clearly explained to me. I really feel happy about my experience and I am extremely happy that I have found such wonderful people to help me achieve dental wellness.♥️ 03/01/2019- I went there today to get a procedure done, I didn't even know that Dr. Trotter was finished....he is that good. I had a great experience and I am happy that I found a great dentist in Brooklyn. The staff is fantastic and very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and very relaxed. I recommend them
