Dentistry at Artysan Lane

This doctor gave my mom ill fitted teeth then ghosted her! When my mom showed up there was a "Failure to Pay" notice on the door.After about a week of unanswered calls, she drops by my moms house with the ill fitted teeth. My mom let her know they did not fit and they hurt. Dr. Foreman advised her to try them for a week. My mom has consistently called and left messages with no reply.

BEWARE. Used to think highly of Dr. Foreman. Not anymore. Had a root canal done a couple years back only to find out she never completed it. She broke the bit halfway through and proceeded to place the crown on!!! Never mentioned to me!! She sure did take my money for it though! Dishonest not worth the hassle. How is it okay to charge for a root canal that you did not perform?? Honestly should sue her for it. ALSO the receptionist there called my sister a “Bad mother” because she couldn’t remember the last time she took her 3 kids for a check up. No follow up email apologizing or anything.

Dentistry At Artysan Lane has the most rudes cleck. Dr. Foreman is awesome but getting her clerk to answer the phone, scheduled you, run the insurance, and leave the appointments in the system is hell. Even when I ask to speak to the dentist because I was fed up with the clerk she plain out told me no, that I couldn't talk to her. I can't give my money to a business where they employ and support unprofessional employees. And I say support because I have addressed it with Dr. Foreman and it still happens.

Reception needs to be fully retrained on common phone etiquette. Her behavior and responses are utterly disrespectful. Til this day after calling multiple times and leaving voice-mails I have yet to receive a call back.The dentist is truly amazing and kind though. She honestly takes her time to make sure you understand what is going on and what would be the next steps. Saddens me I have to look for another dr due to her receptionist/office clerks

What a awesome 👏 dr! First I didn’t feel overcharged, I didnt feel uncomfortable at all, I had a root canal 🦷 done and Dr. Foreman took very good care of me. She is working alone and even with that she has everything under controlled. She was very Patient with me, And she took very very good care of my need!! Most definitely would recommend the doctor!!! 🥰😘😍
