Dentist in Reno

So far my visit has been amazing upfront and to the point. No hidden charges or fee's they made me feel like a person instead of treating me like a business unlike absolute dental. Everything was explained to me so I can understand what's going on you know like make it make sense so I appreciate this. I came in with pain and they did no try to do everything they I may need done. Just focused on the reason I came in today. So far I just found my primary dental care.

They were able to get me in extremely fast. The staff is amazing, they are all friendly, sweet and caring (this includes front desk, dental assistant and dentists.) I got a cavity filled and dental cleaning. They offered to let me take any breaks if needed at any time.

I was in pain and recieved no releif no help told to take meds that would have killed me. Had to go to my pcp to get help. Do not go here if you are in pain. They simply dont care. I had an infection that would have killed me. Had I not gone to my pcp to get antibiotics. There staff are friendly but seem inept. The dentist to me is seemed callous. The scheduling is a nightmare. Got a text a week later that was confusing sent me to some portal the was not easily navigated. OK maybe I showed up on the wrong day. People have bad days. But the screams of pain coming out of that office that day where horrifying to say the least. I would rather die than go back there.

The best Dentist in town. I highly recommend them over any dentist I've had for the last 50 years! They're great!

Dr. Becker is great! Went in for a filling today. It was painless and super quick. Highly recommend Western Dental.
