As much as I HATE to leave this review, at this point I must share what has happened in hopes of preventing anyone else from going through what our team and patients have experienced! Most of the team in the lab is very kind and helpful, but the quality of everything we were receiving was declining. This lab is digital and did a decent job with crowns and occlusal splints, and admits they do not have much experience with digital dentures, and we were okay with that. After talking to owner Jeff, we decided to part ways. Here is what I think you should know: we received a case labeled with our patient's name on it and it did not fit - it was a model of SOMEONE ELSE'S teeth with our patient's name on it!
