Just got a dental cleaning yesterday the service was great which made me confused about why there were so many bad reviews. The receptionists can come off mean but it's really just old Vietnamse lady humor. The assistant was very thorough with my X-ray. Dr David Nguyen is especially caring, going above and beyond with a thorough cleaning and explain the best way to take care of my dental health . Overall I would say it was excellent service and definetly worth a visit despite the questionable reviews. Also I used Medi-Cal which covered everything without any extra fees for a dental cleaning.

Really bad service. I remember bringing my child here a few years ago and they were extremely fast with the procedure. It was like no effort was put into cleaning my child’s teeth. All the staff were unprofessional. Every second I was in the dentistry I felt unsettled. When my child was crying during the procedure, the dentist told her to be quiet. They didn’t pause and discontinue their work. The place in general was extremely dirty and messy. Today, I have transferred my child to a different dentistry. I do not want her to remember this awful place of business again.

All parent please read !! this is the biggest scam place !! We are been with them over 20 years !! We have medical our kids are under 18 year old every time we come in they claim medical do not cover & want cash cash cash & call us to bring kids so they can get cash !!we went to different dentist !!after X-ray nothing wrong with our kids !please parent if they claim medical not cover please go to differences places ! I’m sorry for person paid $500 get his teeth clean Olympic style !!few month ago I think they been shut down I do not know what reason !!front desk lady with glass extremely rude !!stay out &pay caution please

The place is a bit old but all the staff were great, especially the dentist and the assistant

Bad service ever. Treatment care unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and your money for this place.
