Dental365 – West Islip

My family and I are new to Dental365. I do not carry dental insurance so I decided to buy a plan they offered for our family of 4. My son and daughter and myself have been for cleanings, X-rays and dental checks. I need caps on several teeth. I had the first part done and now I’m waiting 2 weeks for the permanent caps. Dr.Wassif did the work along with his assistant Stephanie. I feel they were both meticulous. I look for that in my dentist. I’m extremely particular as someone who has had not good experiences at the dentist. My last dentist unfortunately retired. I was very loyal and trusted him implicitly for over 20 years. Needless to say I was very bummed but I’m grateful so far that we found Dr.Wassif. The whole office is bright, clean and has very professional staff. Both hygienists,

This practice is great. I was in the area due to a family matter. I called and spoke to Lisa. She scheduled an appointment for me in less than 24 hours. Lisa went out of her way to find my dental insurance number. The office is clean and professional. Cassandra and Dr. Wassif worked well together and spent a lot of time to ensure my cap was in place. After a wonderful cleaning by Angie and an examination by Dr Wassif, It was determined that, indeed, it was time that my old (4) veneers needed to be redone. I couldn’t deny it any longer either! I am very particular about my veneers because of the color matching to my existing front teeth. Dr Wassif agreed and sent me to the laboratory to have them match my color. Two weeks later, Dr. Wassif and assistant Estefani, skillfully inserted my beautiful new veneers ! Thank you team!

My first time here today after not going to the dentist for was too long. Everyone was great. Cathy managed to get me an appointment same day and I was super happy about that. I came in for a cleaning and x-rays and Emily did a great job. Staff here is very kind and honest and made it an overall good experience as far as dentist visits go.
