Carmen and Dr. Hero were both amazing!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in far too long, and was very nervous to go. They were very kind and took care of me without any judgement. David at the front desk was also great, he talked me through my treatment plan and insurance coverage. Very friendly staff and clean office 😁🦷 Highly recommend!

We called Dental365 at Stamford needing an emergency appointment, and David at the front desk went above and beyond to secure a same-day visit for us. When we arrived, the quality of service continued. Dr. Sally Zapata was incredibly professional with my wife, taking the time to walk her through all of her options. We were especially grateful for this, given that we had visited another place earlier and chose not to proceed there because the experience was frankly poor. At Dental365, we felt genuinely cared for. It was clear they were focused on helping us get the treatment we needed now and in the longer term. Dr Thibault is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Caring and takes his expertise to diagnose what’s wrong. I’ve been a patient for over eight years and every experience is right and dental problem gone.
