I am very happy with my experience. The team answered all of my questions and were thorough in the explanation. They followed up prior to my apt with clear expectations and direction. They were all very considerate the day of my procedure and ensured I was taken care of. The procedure went smooth and I left knowing what to expect. I got a very nice call from the surgeon later that day to check on me. Overall I am very happy with my experience and recommend this team for any dental extractions.

The office staff is so great. Cherish- front desk- oh, so impressed by her. My insurance is wonky right now but she did her absolute best w/ insurance company. Was so kind and uplifting. I can’t say enough how lovely she is! The dental asst(?) starts with a M -Monique? She heard my concern and treated me kindly. Informative. Very nice. Dr. yueng was great, quick look. She was very sweet. I haven’t even had the dental work done! I look forward to the work. But honestly the bedside manner/customer service was amazing enough to say yes to review. Dental is stressful and I don’t feel that way even with insurance issue and pain.

From the moment I walked in, the staff and dental hygienist were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They took the time to give me clear, step-by-step instructions on what to expect throughout the visit, as well as what I needed to do afterward. My insurance and financial responsibilities were explained thoroughly and transparently, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Young, the endodontic specialist, is a seasoned professional. I had a very pleasant experience. All the staff members were polite, they answered all of my questions, and they explained everything concerning my visit and upcoming procedure. They laughed with me and with the other patients that were present. That was very relieving to me. The entire atmosphere was good. Before, during, and after my procedure everyone was very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me. The dentist called me, a few hours after the procedure, to follow-up with how I was doing. I am pleased with everything.

I had a root canal done today with Dr. Yeung and her assistant, Jelia (I hope I spelled that right!), and I can honestly say it was the best dental procedure I’ve ever experienced. I previously had a root canal done in the Navy, and it was such a terrible experience that it made me dread going to the dentist for years. But today changed everything. Dr. Yeung and Jelia made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough in explaining what they were doing. I never felt anxious or rushed, and for the first time ever, I was actually relaxed during a dental procedure, which is a huge deal for me.
