Staff is professional, environment is welcoming, never felt taken advantage of, most of all the staff is beyond fantastic, taking compassion to an entirely new level. Dr. Pimentel is not only understanding but realistic making dental health the priority. A special mention for Natalie for always making herself available to discuss any and every question thrown at her. Highly recommend!

About 9 years ago I called this office and was incred Suprised to find the staff and Ellias were so welcoming . I admitted that I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist and had hyperventillatwd in other office settings from stress. I cancelled my original appointment at first and then got a call from the office. Where they explained that it was ok and I didn’t need to be afraid. I’ve gone here for everything ever since and my mouth smile and teeth look amazing. Ellias is informative, kind, gentle and takes a deep understanding of each patient. I’ve referred a few people here and everyone agrees Ellias is the best! Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to to see him

Dr. Elias Pimentel is professional, knowledgeable, informative, meticulous and gentle. He save and reconstructed my tooth! I highly recommend him! The office staff Rachel, Natalie, Olga and Christian are amazing! They are welcoming and helpful. The dental assistants Brenda and Johanna are gentle and professional, too. I’m so grateful to all of them. And so happy that I found them!

Me and my wife go to Dr. Elias since our previous dentist retired. He is very nice and kind. He takes his time to explain what going on with your teeth and what’s needed to be done. All the hygienist and office people are very friendly.

I’d like to start by saying what a beautiful experience I had from Rachel accepting my call as I did not know where else to turn as my daughter experienced Great pain on tooth number 19 especially. As I enter to the office, Natalie, Rachel, beautiful welcoming spirits, as well as professional, BRENDA & Johanna, and of course doctor Elias beautiful human beings and very skilled, comforting as well; 10 out of 10. My daughter Alana🧡 was afraid to go through this whole experience of her tooth being pulled, but again everyone’s comforting spirits and calmness gave her trust and comfort before hand. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10 as they also invited my daughter Alexa to come in and say hello as she is beginning her journey in school to become a dental hygienist.
