After the main change from Garden State to Dental Savings, this company decrease not only on its customer service but significantly increase its prices. On May of last year, I ordered a product that cost $7.99 all of a sudden the price today increase double. You ask for a discount, acknowledging that we are long term customers and it feels as if you are begging to buy their products. The way to do business goes beyond making that extra 1 dollar. You want to keep your customer !! and you will not achieve this by deception. Sandy, if you were to speak to a manager or owner, they will care more about the sale in comparison to those people that are just there for their commission or hourly rate.
