She didn’t explain my full legal first name needs to be on certificate, when I sent to dental board they declined. I asked her to fix few months later and she said no she’s retired . When I initially called seems more about money. She asked for credit card information right away didn’t explain anything properly .

This school is great! The instructors are very experienced and really help you a lot. The classes are comprehensive and scheduling flexible. They care about your success and have been offering classes for a long time. It is even affordable...can't beat that.

Terrible customer service! We had paid a couple of months ago for the renewal of a CPR card and it was never e-mailed to us. It did took us a couple of months to call for it since we were waiting for it to arrive. When I called to see if they could resend it to us Cathy was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was yelling saying that I was going to make her work because I did not called her sooner. When I told her that I did not appreciated her tone she went off yelling at me even more!! I understand that it was my fault for taking so long to call but as a paying customer I should NOT be treated this way. I will make sure that we do not use her services anymore in my office. I really hope that she has the decency to send us the CPR renewal we already paid for.

Cathy was extremely helpful and the instructor Tom taught the course very well. The day after the course ended Cathy called us and referred us to a Dentist that was hiring. Now we have an interview with that Dentist next week :)

Really enjoyed going to school here! The teacher is funny which makes the class more enjoyable and love Cathy! Best place yet!
