I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Justee and her assistant, Bonnie. From start to finish, I felt completely satisfied and truly taken care of during my visit. Dr. Justee was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me helpful tips on how to continue properly caring for my teeth at home. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Bonnie is an amazing dental assistant. She walked me through my treatment plan in detail and made sure I fully understood each step. She also took the time to explain my payment options and helped me figure out a plan that worked for me. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Bonnie. This was my first time here at Dental Pros and Bonnie helped me get started with all my first time patient paperwork and answered any questions I had. Bonnie made me feel very assured which hasn’t been the case for previous dental offices I encountered and she is extremely trusting. Dr. Justee was the cherry on top of this amazing experience! Dr.Justee was patient and listened to all my concerns and took her time to perfect my teeth! She made me feel extremely safe and comfortable, we shared some laughs and stories. BEST DENTIST VISIT EVER — HANDS DOWN. Dr. Justee, her assistant Bonnie, and the X-ray technician (I forgot their name — I’m so sorry!) are my favorite people now. It was such a humanistic experience being there. Also thank you for the kind front desk staff! There was light banter and joking (with a professional tone, of course). I really appreciate people who can do this. I was well-informed about upcoming procedures and even about my insurance plan and what was covered. They are super flexible with payments and help you figure out the best route. Let me reiterate — I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist/office and have always been embarrassed about my teeth; due to my depressive episodes where I don’t take care of myself . I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always nice, professional and accommodating. Dr. Kaul does a great job, explains everything thoroughly and makes the experience as pain free and easy as possible. Parking in this area can be a bit tricky on street cleaning days ( Wed & Fri ) so plan accordingly.

I visited the office in person to schedule an appointment , When a staff member eventually assisted me, his comments about my past visits hid tone felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, as though I was being criticized rather than assisted in front of others who were setting in the reception . Since I aware the clinic is closed, Saturdays and Sundays , I explained that I work Monday through Friday and Despite this, I was immediately given an appointment at 11:30 a.m. without any discussion about my availability or consideration of my work schedule. Within ten minutes of leaving, I called to cancel—and booked another appointment at 3:00 p.m., requiring me to take time off work. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early.
