Extremely aggressive, very rude & waited 1 hour on the waiting room, finally they send me to the back, he started complaining of how i missed my last appointment. last time there he did a cleaning had a small filling ask him if he could fix it and he said no and by him doing a CLEANING MY TEETH DID A BIGGER HOLE!!! ON THE BACK OF MY FRONT TOOTH, WENT BACK Told him what teeth was bothering me EVERY TIME I WILL EAT and he said he didn't care he was going to fix the teeth in the back which that teeth was perfectly fine. He also was yelling at me like if i was his daughter and ask me to get up from the chair to stop wasting his time and to go somewhere else.

Never going back again ! I don’t like the way I’m handled . As if I’m just some Medicaid number . I feel rushed . It’s very unprofessional. Ever since the Asian dentist left , it just went downhill !!!! People don’t like to do their job ! Also alot of misinformation/ lack of communication with the receptionist I called around March for my yearly cleaning . I was told I have to wait for April because I wasn’t due yet . I Called April . I Was informed to make an appointment after the 13th . So I automatically assumed maybe it has to be a full year to the date.. for it can be accepted by insurance !!! Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I called after the April 13th to make appointment , now their fully booked until May 😆😆😆🙄 I called my insurance to ask questions . They told me it only has

Dr Ruiz Ruined my two front teeth. Paid out of pocket for crowns that kept falling out. Kept having to go every month to cement them back in. Never went back. She recemented the teeth the last time. They fell out within hours. Never go to this place. Bertha Ruiz should lose her license. And she is married to the other dentist in there too. Horrible place.

I've been coming to Dental Plaza for more than 15 years now. The awesome staff here are like family. Dr. D'Allesio is like that cool, calm uncle type. He possesses gentle hands and has done plenty corrective dental work on me. I recommend him and the entire staff here to everyone . Marisol, Denise, all the helpful ladies at the front desk, and the always professional and reassuring xray technicians are part of one of the best dentist team in the area. My sincere thanks and gratitude to you all.

Horrible customer service, staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I waited 4 weeks for an appointment for my son, when we get to the dentist office on time, they tell me my son no longer has insurance, I asked why no one called me prior to the appointment, I got no answer, there was an awkward silence. Then we step out and I called the insurance company who confirmed he was eligible and nothing had changed (takes me like 15 minutes to get this info from the insurance), btw I’m doing their job, CORRECTLY. When we go back into the office to inform them that I confirmed with his insurance and he has insurance, the disrespectful chick at the front desk says now your late. After 10 minutes of going back and forth with this chick and ME stating the obvious she says the doctor is leaving
