This office is overall very unprofessional! Mistaken me for someone else, try to coerced me to do service that I never said yes to. Gaslight, manipulation, mansplaining me, etc. I have seen Dr.Whitney Do before and she is extremely professional so this is not about her. So they called me in for an appointment for a lot of stuff, cleaning, root canal, crown,etc. I asked them I will wait until Dr. Whitney comes back from vacation to do those and just going to get my teeth anually cleaned. When I came in a rude male doctor named Dr.Massa was yelling on why I'm not doing the root canal and crown today, the front desk lady came back to ask me why I dont want it done (duh?) I said I dont want it done today periodT. The rude man came straight to the chair and started mansplaining me about my dead

Rude receptionist and subpar customer service. If there is a negative 5 star, I will give them just that. Wonder how the doctors keep these folks around.

My name is Peter. I heard Thanh Tùng talk show on am radio about promotion at this Dental office. Thanh Tùng said that if you are first time come to this office and you do teeth clean, you will get the automatic toothbrush which price about $200. I made appointment on the phone and mentioned about the promotion, the lady answered the phone, she said it is correct like what Thanh Tùng was advertising on the radio. I came in for the first time and mentioned again about this promotion, the lady in front desk said "after you get you teeth clean we will give you the toothbrush". When I done, I ask for the Toothbrush, the Lady's name Kim, she said I have to make another appointment for Deep Clean to get the toothbrush. This place is lying to customers specially to lying to công đông người Việt.

Money hungry business, I asked for dental implants that were covered by medical, they agreed and asked me to pick a color and then suddenly charged me $200 even after I said no??

Unprofessional the male dentist is horrible specially toward women and it was such a horrible experience he told a disabled woman to stop wasting his time and go away even know this we requested a female team to work on a disabled woman teeth that has been a victim or S.A by a male this male dentist needs to be stopped from dental practice period
