This this practice is awesome! I was able to get an appointment quickly for the issue that developed. I was greeted by very friendly staff and in the dentist chair right at my appointment time. They quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me options to choose from. Everyone from Malia to Lisa to Dr. Feinstein and Ali were wonderful! I’m very happy with the outcome and how quickly and well it was taken care of. I highly recommend this practice.

The dental hygienist was great, super friendly and knowledgeable. That said, the dentist/doctor seem rushed and wanted to leave quickly. I felt like I could not ask many questions. The Hygienist was far more informative and I thank her for that.

I genuinely wanted to like this office because the location is extremely convenient. Unfortunately, I have had recurring mediocre to negative experiences that ultimately outweighed the convenience. The dental hygienists are very hit or miss. There are a few who are friendly and gentle (e.g., the woman who typically cleans the kids), but the inconsistency is noticeable. My primary concern has been with the front desk staff. At one appointment, my insurance had recently changed and I had forgotten to bring my new card (staff said it was okay and to send it later). Despite this being an administrative issue, the same staff member came into the treatment room mid-appointment and spoke over me to the hygienist, stating that I “didn’t have insurance” and questioning whether my X-rays should eve

Always a great visit when they send you away with “No Cavities!” The people have always been kind and caring towards me. I would recommend them to anyone, but they need another facility close by. They are so great and popular that each cleaning is 8 months apart instead of 6. They are very good!

My dental hygienist was soo professional and did such a good cleaning. I used to go to Brandywine Smiles and they barely scraped my teeth. She and the Dr were very informative, and you see all your xtays on the screen right away. The front desk staff is so friendly and get you in and out quick. I would highly recommend.
