Dr. Benisch and his team are efficient, fast and perform great dental work! They are knowledgeable and professional. I had two crowns done by the Dr many years ago that have stood the test of 10+ years- one popped off this weekend and they were able to fit me in for an emergency exam within the week. The front office team is also lovely and work so hard to check insurance, charge appropriately and schedule follow ups, while tending to a bustling office- they are great! I’ve been going to Dr. Benisch for 22 years, and that alone says everything. The level of care, professionalism, and consistency over the years has been outstanding. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and Dr. Benisch truly takes the time to explain procedures and make you feel comfortable. I’ve always felt cared for, never rushed, and completely confident in the quality of work. My Family and I are incredibly grateful to always have such positive experiences. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve brought my family to this dentist for six years, and the dental care has always been solid. But there is one woman at the front desk who makes every visit miserable. In my experience, she is consistently rude, curt, and downright unpleasant to deal with. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and her attitude is so hostile that it overshadows the good work the rest of the staff does. It’s unbelievable that someone with such an unprofessional demeanor is the first person patients have to face when they walk in. The front desk should set the tone for the office—right now, she sets the worst possible one. I truly hope the office takes a hard look at its customer service, because patients shouldn’t have to brace themselves just to check in for an appointment.

I love this office, the staff is always so nice and helpful. Immediately relieved my dental anxiety from the front desk to the doctors and assistants. Every hygienist I've seen is awesome! Def recommend if you're looking for a new dental practice.

Dr. Hankinson has been my dentist for over 20 years and I will not go anywhere else. I travel from the city to see him and will continue to do so until he retires. Wendy is my FAVORITE hygienist for cleanings! Thorough, funny, kind, and zero discomfort (and I have a low threshold for pain).
