I had an outstanding experience during my recent dental visit! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Fay and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I came in for a routine examination and cleaning but ended up needing to perform an extraction. The office is spotless and uses high-tech equipment. Dr. Fay was extremely professional; provided me with a detailed treatment plan and answered every question and concern I had. The examination was thorough and clearly explained, which helped ease any nerves I had. My cleaning was gentle but incredibly effective, my teeth have never felt better. Disappointing and unprofessional experience 🗑🚮👎🏽 I made an appointment two weeks in advance in December for a dental cleaning and exam. On the day of my appointment, I called to confirm, only to find out that I did not have an appointment at all. I decided to give the office another chance and rescheduled a month later. Unfortunately, the same exact thing happened again. There was no appointment on file for two people at the time I specifically requested and confirmed. To make matters worse, the person on the phone had the AUDACITY to say that there was no dental hygienist available, so they could “just do the exam today.” That is not what I scheduled, and not what I paid for.
