GREAT office I was having trouble emailing my insurance card. The nice lady at the front desk took my phone and emailed it for me. Customer service is great. The doctor chair side behavior is great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I went in yesterday for a visit first let me say the visiting doctor that was on staff was great The technicians also here's what my experience took a turn The doctor ordered prescriptions for me that was never called into the pharmacy that I requested after calling several times it still did not happen. The following day I called and spoke with the office manager dewana at 9:30 who stated that the prescription will be called in at 12:00 prescription still wasn't called in and said I called The manager back who told me to come in and pick up the prescription got there to pick up the prescription and had to wait an additional 15 minutes The manager was very rude and dismissive but the experience that I had.

People / cooperation forget that first impressions is still a real thing. I literally live across the street from this office. I've been meaning to walk in and ask questions. Given the fact I NEED! Dental work & might be afraid of beings laughed at, I've hesitated. Today I decided to walk in to simply ask if the business is blacked owned. After speaking good morning, the reception is lifted her head to reply Good morning and politely placed her head back down into her phone. I waited a few seconds to see if she was going to engage with me.But she didn't, so I decided to walk out. on my way out The door She started to yell at me that she's busy Doing something and I said, that's okay.And I continued walking out, but I did call to speak with the office manager.Unfortunately, for me, I w

My dental hygienist was wonderful. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly . But . The receptionist at the desk was very rude and rambunctious. I waited two hours to get seen after leaving work early from work, but the receptionist was not a good representation of the company.

My last visit was a great one I was able to talk one on one with my dentist things kinda went left at one point and I'm very happy to put it behind us. When your Dr understands your special case things go smoothly and I'm looking forward to getting my dentures and I know she's going to give me that perfect smile that I've been longing for
