Dental Equipment Liquidations

Jeff Brown advertises a B& D dental equipment based in Florida and Tennessee. I purchased a Factory Demo AT2000xr processor. What arrived after a month was broken, used and worn out. This is deceptive advertising at the very least. I contacted him immediately on arrival. Look at his post below as well as the condition of the unit. Hardly a demo or anything refurbished. His reply" We knew you would not be happy even if we sent you a new unit. So you got the worst of the 4 units that went out. Have a nice week." He refuses to accept return or refund, let alone acknowledge the advertised 2 year warranty. His latest reply. I recently made a purchase with the owner Jeff Brown. I did not receive the item I purchased. Before you even consider ordering ANYTHING from B & D Dental Equipment Liquidations I would strongly urge you to check with BBB - Florida and Yelp reviews. The owner has not returned phone calls, emails or text messages. Additionally, he has a significant judgement against him in West Virginia from a private dental practice. I think that B&D really know what they are doing and are very helpful with my questions for the dental equipment. They responded quickly to my phone call and Jeff went the extra mile with seeing what I really needed (without the pressure that I get from other places that just want to sell you something extra just to make money). Can honestly say that I trust these guys and would recommend them to anyone else. Keep up the great work! I give them a thumbs up!

Had a great experience with B&D Dental Equipment. They saved me lots of money so that I can get the practice going quicker than the expected deadline. Also, after checking other places, found that B&D was quicker to respond and also were more patient with all my questions (thanks Jeff).

Buyers beware! This place is anxious to make the sale but makes no attempt to correct issues. I purchased a "refurbished" AT 2000xr film processor. I was told it was run before they shipped it. It arrived and was filthy inside. I have pictures to support this. I turned the unit on and it made a horrible grinding noise. I also recorded this. I contacted Jeff and he acted shocked and told me he would take to his technician and get back to me. I told him I would stop payment on the second check ( about 1/2 of the purchase price) until the issues were resolved. Then Jeff threatened me with "police action" and contact his attorney because now it was "theft". I never actually stopped payment, I just wanted issues resolved. We spent hours cleaning and re-cleaning the unit and had our service guy
