Dental Elements

I had a tragic bicycle accident back in April, 2025 and resulted with several broken and missing teeth, both top and bottom. I had been to "Dental Elements" previously for a tooth distraction that went very well, so I've decided to go back there to inquire about getting partial dentures. To make a long story short, "Paulina", the front desk receptionist booked my appointment to see 'Dr. Bhalla" and the rest was History! Dr. Bhalla made me beautiful set of dentures and has brought both my smile and confidence back into my life. I did have to go back a few times for adjustments, but now they are fitting my teeth perfect and I haven't been back since. I highly recommend anyone around town with dental issues, especially around the Rockland area, to go to "Dental Elements" and let "Dr. Bhal

Worst customer service ever over the phone. I just needed a simple cleaning, but the woman I spoke to got completely hung up on my health insurance and told me it wasn’t valid. Even after I said I’d be willing to pay out of pocket, she still wouldn’t just schedule the appointment. I’ll never understand why some people have to be so rude. Thankfully, I called Cortland Dental right after and was able to get an appointment within minutes.

this dental practice is HORRIBLE and should be stopped immediately! they absolutely ruined my teeth, then the dentist literally left with out even telling me. they left my tooth broken and will not fix it . Now they won't even answer my phone call this place should be stopped do not go to the dentist!!!

This office is AMAZING and so welcoming! I came in for a filling and was pretty nervous but staff assured me there was nothing to be afraid of! Front desk Paulina was so nice and even held my hand while i was getting numb. Dr. Bhalla is one of the sweetest doctors I’ve met and she did such a great job on my filling today and my cleaning last week. Ravi the assistant was very nice and helpful and answered all the questions i had before getting started. I’m so glad i found this dental office!!

Worst dental office i have ever been to since going to the dentist. Been waiting for over 3 months to get a cleaning and a tooth pulled. Every appointment I have made has been canceled on me every time.
