Dental Dreams - Reading

I wish I ca give this place a zero, because they do not deserve the 1 star even. I came here for the 6 month cleaning appointment for my children, and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes to he checked in. When I went to see why it takes so long for the check in process, they notified me that they cannot verify the insurance by phone because it is a holiday and the insurance is closed. Needed to say that I have the same private insurance for 5 years, and I’ve been with them for a few years now. I suggested that they can do it online since the office is closed. They finally verified the insurance and called as back over 1 hour later. The person that saw my son, Cynthia (it is the first time I saw her there) was very rude when she told me that she is going to do the X-rays and I asked her

This last visit was great! My appointment time was honored and I was seen rather quickly. They accept walk-ins so expect a wait if you don’t have an appointment. This is a friendly place with a super kid play area. My hygienist was kind and instructive and my dentist was gentle and efficient. One of the receptionists spent a long time on the phone, helping direct someone who had gotten lost. She had lots of patience and didn’t give up on the patient (pun intended)! The waiting room can get crowded and they have a movie showing. Bring a book or something to do while waiting. On a different note, I realized that there are truly no distractions in the exam rooms, once you are taken back: no music, no pictures on the walls, and no use of cellphones tolerated. I was ripped off royally by American Dental Solutions and Dental Dreams is heaven sent by being one of the best dental professionals that I have seen. They work with you and take the time to explain any questions that I have. The people genuinely care about you and I suggest that anyone in need of dental care that this should be the only place to go. I will be getting dentures from them at a quarter of the place that ripped me off. This company is rated very highly by me

Staff and drs were amazing! All very friendly and helpful. Some of these previous reviews sound like nonsense after experiencing myself but there's always a difficult person everywhere. FYI, they are under construction, not "falling apart"

We arrived for my son’s scheduled appointment and was not seated until 51 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, then waited an additional 27 minutes in the back room. Mind you, had I been a minute late my son would not have been seen today. This level of delay is unprofessional and unacceptable. Wish we had better dentist options in town so we wouldn’t have to settle for this type of service.
