We brought our family to Dental Designs around 8 years ago and it has been the best decision! The doctors, hygienists and office staff are all amazing. Very organized, top of the line equipment and seriously clean teeth when you leave…I almost fell asleep while I was getting my teeth cleaned last time. Dr. Smith and the whole office are absolutely the best!!! We first met them during an emergency when our son had an accident that damaged his two front teeth. From the moment we arrived, they made him feel comfortable and cared for. The entire team showed incredible empathy and attention to detail. It felt like they cared for our son as if he were their own family. They even went the extra mile by reaching out afterward to check on him, which meant so much to us. Our son will have a temporary retainer until he’s old enough for implants, and we feel completely confident that we have the best people in our corner for this long journey ahead. This was my first visit to Dental Designs and, I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! My previous dentist left the practice and the dentist I had gotten stuck with at my old dentist office quoted me a $600 procedure for an extensive gum cleaning (which was odd because my gums were fine when I visited just 6 months earlier). Suffice it to say, I wanted to get a second opinion. My co-worker told me about Dental Designs and raved about them, so I decided to give them a shot and, boy, was she right! My hygienist, Lauren was super sweet and took her time explaining my oral and gum health and confirmed that I did not need such a costly procedure that my previous dentist suggested.
