Misleading Financial Practices: During the initial payment discussion, I was promised a $500-$800 discount. This discount never materialized. In the contract, a line item showed "approx. $1000 discount," which I later learned was explained as combining the ungiven discount and the standard Invisalign lab fee—a fee I should not have owed as a comprehensive transfer patient. The girl who assisted me and took x-rays and photos was kind and attentive. However, I was looking to use Dental Depot for a variety of needed services, which would have been a substantial expense.
