Dental Depot

By far the dirtiest dental office I've ever been to. Visible dirt on equipment, bare cement floors that are either badly stained or very dirty. I'm not sure how they've gone this long without getting shut down.

If it were possible to give a negative 5 stars it would most definitely apply here. Edward Gruber dds at Dental Depot has most definitely demolished everything. 2 faulty/broken bridges, 3 broken teeth (due to improper bridge work), a terrible large lump behind the back of a crown (following placement). Several return visits for Crowns and bridges falling out just to be glued back in crooked and completely out of line. All this not to mention the HUGE out of pocket cost both from DD and the new dentist. It's going into the 3rd month to repair the damage, including painful bone graphs and extractions. This is also means no solid food going on 3 months as well. And now the Fibromyalgia is out of control and spiraling. The pain from the Fibromyalgia is all over and beyond excruciating. This

Very friendly staff & dentist, 10/10 service

I went to the one in Niles and Fairfax and I am terrified of dentist due to a issue as a child. And I have to say I absolutely love the dentist there. He is so friendly and takes the time to talk to you and make sure you are comfortable and understand what is going on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After going through the pandemic and suffering immensely. My partner stumbled upon these wonderful people during our tough times. I had gone a month without sleep brushing my tooth on and off through the night. The Doctor there is kind and instead of doing my fillings he removed the tooth that was causing such duress and struggle from pain. Be patient and kind, you'll see that in turn. The soreness of a pulled tooth is a mild breeze compared the torrent of misery of infection or broken enamel.
