Dental Center of St. Simons

If I had the option of no stars, that’s what I would choose. Transferred to this office because they accepted our dental insurance, they still do but at the out of network fee rate. As a consumer I was never informed about this change and was told that it was my responsibility to know that information. I was unable to make an informed decision about care. I spoke with the bookkeeper in Vidalia , and was informed that the dentists collectively decided not to send out letters or notify their patients of the change from in network to out of network, once again putting the responsibility back on me. The hygienist Samantha was fantastic and the front desk staff were amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for them …however, the lack of transparency has left a bad taste in my mouth!

Transitioned my daughter from pediatric dentist (they dropped our insurance) to Dr Boyer at St Simons Dental....we got in the car and my daughter says "that was great, way better than the other place....they don't gouge your gums and hurt you AND the toothpaste choices were great!" Made me happy...and obviously she was happy too. I've been going to Dr Boyer for many years and I also appreciate their expert hygienist skills AND they have always been on time for appointments (and even early sometimes).

Dr. Boyer and staff were amazing, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Emergency filling replacement in my front tooth. In and out with precision and pain free care. They matched my tooth coloring perfectly and I did not have to return multiple times for adjustments. Super impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Boyer and staff!.

Best hygienist I’ve ever seen. Great work and extremely thorough. Always ask for Samantha to clean your teeth!

Dr. Boyer is a great communicator. His direct explanations are great for my making the decisions required. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall, great dental facility doing great work. They continue to maintain their high standards of work & patient care - I’ve been a patient since 2013.
