Dental Center of Homestead

Maybe the Doctor is too old to be working. She always has an attitude unless you’re Spanish 😔She refuses to speak English even when I tell her I don’t understand. there are immigrants from every country here in America should I learn Creole should I learn German should I learn Cantonese? English speaking? Stay away!

Although the dentistry is excellent the service is below standard. They insist you arrive on time no later than 10 minutes late and when you arrive on time you end up waiting 45 minutes in your car. When you call them they place you on hold (probably see caller ID) for 8 minutes plus then hang up on you. I hope that is a one time experience cause I’ve never been treated this way before. They are usually nice but this time something is wrong!

My daughter was eating an apple and immediately screamed in pain. This was at 5:00 pm nearing the end of the close times for all dentists. I called all around but this office answered and said they would see her the next morning (and they took her insurance- MCNA :) ). She was seen and diagnosed with an unsavable tooth. The dentist and the assistant were so sweet with me and my baby, they even took off from their personal lunch to extract the tooth. I'm so grateful to this team! 5/5

Waiting times are ridiculous. Over two hours waiting with an appointment.

$135 for initial consult is insane. Go across the street for a $60 consult instead and better service.
