Dental Care on 4th & 4th

I recently had dental work and a cleaning done and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Dr. Ammon was incredibly gentle and so understanding about my anxiety. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and the procedure was completely painless. Grant, the dental assistant was excellent as well. In regards to the cleaning, I was truly impressed by the level of care and advanced technology Carly used throughout my appointment. The equipment and techniques felt modern and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. It’s clear this office stays current with the latest advancements in dental care. I would highly recommend Dr. Ammon, Grant and Carly for all your dental needs!

I had been a patient for 20+ years receiving excellent care from Witt & staff. Recently, I arrived for a cleaning appointment and was denied service by the manager of hygienists because I did not want x-rays. I told her I didn’t take x-rays but every 2 years. She proceeded to tell me that the previous management “was wrong” regarding timing and protocol of x-rays and said this in the presence of a staff member who has worked there as long as I have been a patient. That behavior is unwarranted and I can’t respect this new management that openly “throws colleagues under the bus.” Time to find a new dental provider now that Witt has retired.

Alex, our dental hygienist is extremely professional. Born and raised in St, Pete, she is a wonderful ambassador for the community. Dr Ammon has been our dentist since moving to St. Pete and we are very happy. Very smart, very well educated, we feel fortunate to have found this practice.

Horrible office experience from the greating to the person responsible for insurance verifications. Can't say anything negative about Dr Ammons. Saw I'm for such a brief minute. Hygienist was ok. I have been in pain for 6 weeks. The only solution was never followed up, they forgot my file. Called repeatedly sen email left voice messages, nothing. I read the glowing reviews on line that was not my experience. They should be ashamed. But cannot even get a response after six weeks plus.

Alex was extremely thorough and she was very pleasant to work with. Thank you. I will add the secondary entry has taken a step back from what it was. The warm colors, pictures, carpet, basically the uniqueness of being original and like no other has been replaced to look like an ordinary office reception room. I was shocked. Respectfully TMW
