From the day I called to set up an appointment to get the service done I have been thrilled to see how the staff treated me. Their customer service skills are outstanding and amazing. As soon as I reached there Brenda , the receptionist, welcomed me with open mind and I will never forget the happy face she displayed in front of me. The service was fast and smooth. Juan who performed the service was very nice and friendly. Honestly it could not have been better than that. I was satisfied.

I was excited to find a new dentist in Lehigh but not once but twice I was billed for routine dental cleanings for things that weren’t covered by insurance. I should have 2 cleanings a year covered. Never in my life have I received a bill after a cleaning and I was never given a treatment plan to sign off on or show what wasn’t covered by insurance 2 times by this office. They took X-rays that weren’t covered when I received the bill I called and left a message for billing but never received a call back so I called again a week later and spoke to someone who didn’t seem to care. She said she would talk to the office manager. I asked why my benefits weren’t verified before my visit and told what wasn’t covered?? She said they usually do. I will gladly share my experiences of this place, I'm 72 years old, I have had very painful teeth work over the years.. lost a lot of my teeth. But these doctors are the absolute best and most careful, painless work I have experienced.. five stars are not enough to describe them.. besides all the girls are beautiful.

Staff are kind and considerate. They explain all that they are doing and make you feel relaxed and not anxious. Dr. Craig Mayer is great. I have been going to him for the past 20 years and have been pleased with his care throughout all that time. Because of how my wife and I have been treated these many years, I can't imagine going any place else for my dental work. Great service from great people.
