Dental Care of Egg Harbor

DO NOT GO HERE Between two different incompetent doctors not communicating with each other, they managed to mistakenly drill a new hole in my tooth (they were supposed to be refilling an existing hole). This caused me immediate pain, and I had to return to the office 2 more times because something was obviously wrong. On the final visit is when the mistake was caught. I was very upset and requested that they wipe my bill clean for the entire experience. I was told they will "see what they can do". This dragged on for over a year. I had to re-explain the situation to half a dozen people half a dozen times, and nobody ever got back to me. But I continued to receive bills in the mail. Even as I threatened to sue for medical malpractice, I fell on deaf ears. This company does not care

I had an amazing experience at Dental Care of Egg Harbor! Wayne at the front desk went out of his way to help me get both my X-rays and cleaning scheduled on the same day, saving me from making two trips. Yami, the dental hygienist, was incredibly thoughtful during my cleaning, explaining everything and answering all my questions, which made me feel confident and happy with my care. She also gave me great tips to improve my gum and teeth health. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Who says you can't save a wisdom tooth? I'm incredibly grateful for the fantastic dentist's office right here in my town. Their patience and efficiency are unmatched, and based on previous reviews, I can assure you they respond quickly and effectively. They also take emergency needs seriously. That was the first time I had visited here.

Scheduled an appt because of a bad toothache, and get scheduled a week in advance. Day-of, I receive a call from the office that the Dr. has gone on Vacation and I won't be able to be seen for 3 weeks. Why was I scheduled when the Dr. could go on Vacation to begin with? I'm dealing with incredible pain because of this toothache and got pushed back 3 weeks for this. Will be scheduling somewhere else.

Son had an appt booked over 2 weeks lady went on vacation and the lady who covered her must have screwed it up. Apparently there is a new lady who works there who can ONLY WORK till 3. Why the hell would you even have appointments booked and than decide to want to leave it isn’t my fault you screwed up the appointments! No courtesy to even call to try to cancel or reschedule there was 2 of us there! Who was having the same issue! Smfh it’s ridiculous to be on time for an appointment that they took out! With out even giving us a courtesy call! Never again!
