I’ve had an amazing experience at this office. The staff is friendly and helpful and always on time! I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. My dental hygienist is Yoly and she is absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions and went over my treatment plan, as well as walking me through every step of the process of getting to that point. She even came in on one of her days off to accommodate me since she didn’t want my care to be delayed. I’ve never experienced such dedicated staff. The DMD, Christian Watkins, was great as well! He was welcoming and thorough. I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

The new team at this office was not professional or polite. I signed paper work showing a 0$ patient responsibility and gave my consent based on that information. At my next visit I was told I had to pay 156$ without any clear explanation and was told it was my job to contact my insurance. This billing change is very concerning and needs to be reviewed. I have been a patient at this office since 2018 and the previous team was always professional. Unfortunately with the new team my experience has been very disappointing. I will not be returning to this dentist office.

Dental Care of Davenport used to be good for several years before the new management came in.  Now it is a disaster. Jamie, the new manager, who said that she has been there for only 1 month, is the rudest person ever.  I just met her in person today. In August of last year I went for a routine checkup and a regular cleaning as I always do.  I'm 53.  They tried to scam with the prices of x-rays and panoramic scan and asked me to just do 4 x-rays photos for $30 per x-ray and no panoramic, so it came out to more than $200 with the simple cleaning, but I asked them why not full mouth x-rays plus panoramic just like last time and they reviewed my previous visit history, prior to the new staff, and matched to cover full mouth x-rays plus panoramic at same price as before, and measured my gums,

The people are nice and the hygienist is very gentle and the cleaning was well done. However…. they took a 3D scan of my teeth that turned out to be $150+. And didn’t ask me if that was something I wanted before hand. They took the regular x rays and she even said that they look good then she came back with the doctor and showed me my scans again but this time scanned by AI. AI told them that I have cavity’s on FOURTEEN of my teeth. That i would need medicine to heal the cavity’s in each tooth at $54 dollars each. That my healthy teeth need to be filled in to protect them, that i needed anti biotic for my wisdom teeth, and that i needed PRESCRIPTION TOOTHPASTE. Which was listed on the bill as “retail”. They were definitely trying to upsell me and thus wasn’t even everything that they trie
