TahNiyah was very professional while booking my appointment for the first time here, she worked around my schedule with no problem. Chloe, I appreciate how carefully and perfectly you cleaned my teeth without any discomfort at all and I valued how you explained each step as you went along. It made me feel relaxed and informed in the care I was receiving.

Dr. Bachrach is truly one of a kind. He is extremely patient, accommodating, and genuinely cares about his patients. I can honestly say I am a difficult patient, and he has never once made me feel rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and adjust to whatever I need in the moment. Thanks to Dr. Bachrach, I have healed a lot of childhood dental trauma and I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist, which is something I never thought I would say. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care and compassion he provides. His dental tech, Nicolette, is just as amazing. Kristen was an excellent hygienist. She paid close attention to my needs and suggested what I could do over the next few months to improve my dental health before my next visit with her. For those who of you who are wondering, Dr. Bachrach is a wonderful dentist in the Hillsborough neighborhood. Bonus points for accommodating people who have long work days! He will patiently describe the dental work needed, and is very attentive about making sure you are secure, safe, and comfortable throughout the process. No need to second guess work done here. I had a huge cavity that caused me tooth, nerve, and gum distress. When my work was completed, I was amazed at how my tooth was repaired to look like new! No more pain, just a grateful smile out the door.

Dental Care Hillsborough makes going to the dentist easy and convenient. I really appreciate their text reminders before appointments and their check-ins afterward. It’s automated, of course, but if you reply, a real person will respond quickly. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Brian Bachrach was a pleasure to work with -- professional, friendly, and thorough. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
