Dental Care at Pretty Pond

Tania was an incredible hygienist who went the extra mile to explain things and make my son feel comfortable at his first adult cleaning. He recently got braces and she helped walk me through the steps to protect his teeth and get the best results. As a mom of a son with braces too, we share the same concerns and importance of what’s needed. I can tell she knew exactly what I needed. From the front desk’s graciousness when we arrived a few minutes later then planned, to the expertise of Dr. Ahmed, it was a great first adult dentist experience for us. We are set up to return to see Tania and the team at Pretty Pond Dental soon.

I am very pleased with Dr. Jawad as my General Dentist as he was very professional and thorough during my consultation! Nicole was superb as my Dental Hygienist as I received an excellent cleaning with no issues!! Fantastic care all around and I look forward to my next visit as I know the staff will take great care of me!

I am someone who requires a lot of extra care and patience during dental visits, and the level of compassion I received here was unmatched. Dr. Valdez, along with Jack and Marie, were incredibly understanding and accommodating of my needs. They never made me feel judged or like I was a burden; instead, they were happy to let me take multiple breaks to compose myself and even invited my wife to stay in the room for support. If you are looking for a team that is truly caring, professional, and treats you with the utmost dignity, this is the place to go. I had a great experience with Dental care at pretty pond. The dentist was wonderful, he explained everything to me. And Angela is the best. She told me everything flat out and didnt steer my astray. If you are looking for a dentist that cares go here.

I made an appointment for an exam and xrays. They asked for my insurance and I gave it and the Friday before the appointment I was called and told my insurance was not verified and no in network with them. They tried to call my Insurance to follow up but they couldnt get in touch because the insurance offices had closed. They dont verify your insurance till the day before your appointment, and now I have a wasted day of PTO when if you had called me the week before id have time to make changes and get it fixed. Looking at reviews this area of your business seems to be lacking and seriously needs to be some staff or process changes to be more client sensitive because this is unfair for all of us who have dealt with similar issues.
