The service was excellent, thorough, professional, and truly patient-focused. The team took the time to understand and address my needs and priorities without any pressure. I had previously visited other dental offices in Florida where I felt procedures were being unnecessarily recommended. At this office, they utilized advanced technology to carefully evaluate my situation and confirmed that the procedure I was previously advised to undergo was not needed. Instead, they recommended and performed a more appropriate and simple treatment. I genuinely appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. I will most definitely be continuing care with them.

My son went to this office looking for a consultation on dental implants. I must praise the way he was valued as a potential customer. The Treatment Coordinator, M.A., was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring during his visit. The X-Ray technician also provided top notch service. Doctor Badger also took a break from his busy time to spend with my son to answer his questions. Truly a great experience! A little high on the pricing, but the service sets the tone.

I had the most amazing experience at Dental o-Town West. Dr. Ayza Mahmood had done a fantastic and excellent dental treatment. I always feel confident and comfortable with her. She exhibited great wisdom throughout her experience and education as DDS leader.

Sarika, the hygienist, is incredibly kind and attentive, providing gentle yet thorough care. She always takes the time to explain both the “what” and the “why,” which I really appreciate. Dr. Badger is equally outstanding—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely available to his patients, which is rare to find. The entire team is exceptional. The front office staff is well-versed in insurance and financials and works collaboratively with you to create a clear, manageable plan for care. The office itself is modern and continually adopts innovative technology to enhance the patient experience. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Finding this new Dental Clinic in my neighborhood turned out to be wonderful. My experience from the front desk, for my initial inquiry about the business, leading to my appointment, followed by my first visit, everything has been excellent. The technology, training and attitude of the staff makes it the best dental experience I’ve had in my 80+ years! Dr.Mahmood has a very welcoming bed-side manner, making going to the dentist a pleasant trip.
