Dental Care at Cross Pointe

The staff is always super kind and understanding. The front desk team is always responsive, the hygienists are friendly and gentle, and Nolan is wonderful. They have made me feel very taken care.

I had such a positive experience at this dental office. I went in needing a crown and was honestly very nervous going into the appointment. From the moment I sat down, both dental assistants made me feel completely at ease. They were calm, patient, and took the time to explain things in a way that felt personal rather than rushed, which helped my anxiety so much. Even though the crown process was long, I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. The end result turned out great, and I was extremely happy with how everything came out. I’m really grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff—this experience genuinely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.

I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years because my dentist would not accept my new insurance after I had a stroke. All of the people who dealt with me from the woman taking all the x-rays, to Shelli and the dentist, Dr Nolan, to Lakeishia who cleaned my teeth were all excellent. It was a great experience being around kind and gentle people since I had only had one dentist since i.started my dental care at the age of 5.

I came in for a cleaning for which I was overdue for (that's my fault), my dental hygenist was a totally different person that whom I've had in the past. She was nice, but she finished with my cleaning relatively quick, and it usually takes them a little longer. I feel that she didn't do a thorough job, and she put the fluoride on my teeth and sent me on my way, didn't rinse out. I know I have to leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Upon getting home, I brushed my teeth not once but twice and I still cannot get that fluoride off my teeth even flossed. I have brushed my teeth 3 times and i still feel the residue on them. I also have a bad taste in my mouth I cannot get rid of. I haven't had this problem previously. I been coming to this office for years but a lot of changes have been made,

Dr Nolan and the staff at Dental Care were knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. But most importantly, they resolved my dental issues that two previous practices were unable to fix. Very happy with Dental Care of Cross Pointe
