Dental Care at Alamance Crossing

Great environment. Very professional and great staff. They were very thorough and detailed about information on what I needed done, why, and what my treatment plan would be. I've never gotten such a detailed exam or information anywhere else Definitely recommend!

I’m very disappointed with my Invisalign treatment at this office. For such an expensive process, I expected proper supervision, but I don’t feel my treatment has been closely monitored, and I’m concerned my teeth aren’t moving correctly. Because the office was closed, I had to wait 4–5 weeks for them to reorder more trays, which delayed my treatment. On top of that, one of the dental assistants is extremely rude she hate her job and most of the time I have her. I regret 100% choosing this office. Patients deserve respect, communication, and proper care — especially during a long-term treatment like this. This will be my last treatment with them.

Took two days off for appointments which were cancelled last minute so I had to eat those days off.....LOST INCOME. They failed to notify me of the issues they were having. Finally got an appointment. Called about the insurance the day before and they said I could fax over and they would verify. So when I went to check in for my appointment of course the insurance hadn't been verified. Once they verified they told me my floudie treatment WOULDN'T be covered even after I pulled up my UHC plan under my EXACT name with my EXACT coverage and it CLEARLY showed coverage with $0 co pay. They said I would have to take it up with UHC. They are entering the wrong code on their end as UHC has many dental plans.

I absolutely love Dr. Lopez. He takes his time to explain everything to me and has a ton of experience. The whole office is kind, professional, and they care about their patients. I appreciate good service and if I could give more stars 🌟 I would. Thank you team! Special shout out to Sarah, Sara, Carmen, Michelle, and Shelby!

I was really pleased with my service/care. Being that I didn’t know I had 2 cracked tooth’s. Zoey and Nicola was fantastic 10/10. I have dental phobia/anxiety and these ladies assured me I would be fine. Thank you both. Dr. Lopez was an absolute Angel just like his name. He was so gentle. I’m so happy and I can’t wait for my final results. And I can’t forget the front desk ladies, they welcome me like family. Made me feel like i was in good hands Thank you dental family.
