Office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Bakir reviewed my x-rays with me and explained the dental plan. I didn't feel rushed. This was a 2nd opinion and I feel confident with his recommendations. I went back for my cleaning on 5/27/25. Renee was the dental hygienist. I have some sensitivity so she numbed my gums before using the Cavitron. She was personable and very professional. Today was my visit for one of the crowns. Excellent service. Melinda and Dr. Bakir were friendly and made me feel at ease. I was supposed to get my permanent crown today. I was having some sensitivity with the temporary crown. When the assistant tried to take the temporary crown out, it was painful. Dr. Bakir checked the temporary by pushing on it and spraying cold air and water on it. It

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. The dental assistant, Melinda was very gentle when it came to taking my X-rays. She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist, Rene was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really helped put me at ease. The dentist, Dr. Carter was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They answered all of my questions and gave me clear, honest advice about my dental health without any pressure. Staff always terrific! Working under unusual circumstances due to the fire next door but everyone was working together to make the best of the situation. Excellent!!

From sign in to check out, my experience was excellent! Renee is engaging and lets you know exactly what she'll be doing while you're at her mercy in the comfy lounge chair, lol. Love these peeps!!!

Great experience! My Hygienist was awesome. She listened to my concerns & was very mindful of them. Polite interaction, respectful of my sensitive mouth and informative for future care. Office staff extremely helpful and KIND; which is rare these days. Very happy I chose to come here!
