I’ve been going to Dental Associates for over 40 years, and it truly feels like family, especially today. After a long, tough week, I went in for a two-hour procedure with Dr. Herman, expecting to have a tooth fixed. I left with so much more — my spirits lifted and a smile on my face. In a world where you long for doctors to care about your health, Dr. Herman and Dr. Parsons stand out. They take their time, offer genuine care, and never miss a chance to share a smile or a laugh. I’m so grateful for them and everyone at Dental Associates.

I had a great experience with them up until today. I missed an appointment due to a family emergency. Laurie called me to tell me that I stated I had forgot and didn’t let me finish and smacked her lips at me and huffed and said well there is a fee for missed appointments. Then continued to have an attitude. I called back to speak to someone else and the next person was like well I was sitting right here and I didn’t find and issue. That is not how you handle customer care. Life happens and people miss appointments due to things that happen.

I hated going to the dentist. I had not been in years, but I did the adult thing and saw Dr. Herman, my wife's dentist. Dr. Herman was super! We developed a plan and then worked on it. My experience was as close to painless dentistry as you can get and be awake. All of the staff I had contact with were very friendly and personable. I have never had a more pleasant dental experience. The entire staff is friendly, amazingly talented, and goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. I had Dr. Herman, and it was sincerely a privilege to be his patient. I highly recommend Dental Associates to everyone.

Today was a great and awesome 👌 experience!!!! Most people have anxiety about dental professionals. Everyone was pleasant helpful. The front desk associates were great at welcoming and hosting. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking professional hygiene care. I normally I don't leave reviews but this office deserves it!!!!!!!
