Dental Arts of Bernville

This group has turned into greedy shysters. I went to Dental Arts for years and then after a cleaning appointment this past year, I was informed that I was required to pay $23. I questioned this because my insurance pays all preventive procedures 100% . I called my insurance company and was told that I should not have been charged for anything because Dental Arts was compensated 100%. I called Dental Arts and when I was finally able to speak to a person, I was told that they have my $23. When I was asked why I have not received it (it's been 3 months since the service) the receptionist replied that she did not know and someone would need to call me. Really? Dental Arts requires payment before they do any service and they do not inform me that they have my money that they should not have

Was told my daughter had three cavities at last visit. Haven’t been happy with service and started to feel a shady vibe. Went to another reputable and fantastic dentist and guess what no cavities. Shame on you dental arts.

Hands-down, this is one of the best dental experiences one could ask for. Top notch professionalism! The receptionist at BOTH offices were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend either office for dental care. What stood out the most was no judgment, simple, hard truths with expertise, explanations and willingness to come up with a plan. Jill my hygienist is so gentle and caring. Dr Balthaser also is very caring and looks out for what is best for you. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend this practice

Go here to get your jaw pumped full of novacain for a procedure then get told AFTER being stuck in the jaw that the insurance does not cover the procedure today. If you want incompetence from billing, scheduling, hygienists as well as that unessascary novacaine in your jaw for any given mistake they make, come on down! They also charge 45 dollars per missed appt. As well as make sure that you're the one with a hole in your tooth for an extended period of time with no help. HAHAHAH. NOPE.
