We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. What stood out most was how comfortable they made our toddler feel—there was no fear at all, which we truly appreciated. The environment was calm, professional, and thoughtfully designed. We are very happy with the care we received and would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Dental Arts of Bedford for any dental services, but especially for conscious sedation. As someone who has dental anxiety, it was a wonderful experience to know I could get the work my teeth needed without needing to be anxious. Dr. Dogra is excellent! He didn't make me feel self-conscious about needing the added services and put me at ease about the specific work being done. The staff is also friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

After moving to Salem, NH, I called multiple dentists to find one in my insurance network. Dental Art of Salem was the only office that told me "yes," so I became a patient. The problem surfaced when a claim for my daughter's work wasn't paid. My insurance representative clarified that this office is, and has always been, out-of-network. I had less coverage and paid much more than I would have at a true in-network provider. I called the office, referenced my notes from our initial conversation, and explained the financial impact of their mistake. The response was shocking: the staff member insisted she "doesn't make mistakes," was rude, and offered no apology or solution. As someone who as a severe aversion to the dentist, I continue to be grateful for all the staff at DAoB and all their patience and understanding. Very professional. Atmosphere is calming. I’ve had a lot of work done, and wish I had been using dental arts for ALL of it. Highly recommend.
