I was referred by my insurance to this office. When I called and explained my situation, they were very helpful and were able to accommodate me for the next day (yesterday, February 17). I only have good words for my experience. Dr. David and Jesus ( sorry, don't know their last names) were amazing. Thank you all! Would recommend it to anyone in Roger's Park. Want to thank the patients that waited and helped this happened. Thank you all!

No one enjoys going to the dentist! This dental practice is one I highly recommend because they are all professionals from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist herself show genuine concern not just for your dental needs but for your mind as well! I consider holistic care to be integral in any medical/mental health practices and they truly set the bar high! Very kind, calming and they don’t talk at you they take the time to talk to you. Never thought I would have positive thoughts after a visit to the dentist but each appointment I’ve had with them I walk out feeling respected and informed and this in itself takes a bite out of the horror and expected pain of taking care of your teeth.

Dr Fatimah is the best dentist to have ever graced her presence in a dental office. I had the BEST experience! Starting with manager Elizabeth, she’s the most well spoken eloquent managers I’ve ever dealt with. The doctor and Elizabeth walked me through everything so I felt comfy with my treatment. The assistant Stephanie was incredible! She should be running the office too! I don’t know who the other assistants but Stephanie was top notch!

I’ve been a loyal Brite Dental patient for years and have always had great experiences — until my recent visit. Unfortunately, the office manager, Elizabeth, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She was condescending when I asked about a pricing discrepancy — my original quote was $497 (which I signed for), but she later claimed it was $1,300 and said she didn’t have time to fix it. When I expressed concern, she called me “petty” and handled the situation very poorly. The rest of the staff, including Estefani and Jesus, were wonderful — kind, helpful, and respectful as always. I've read the previous review and don't believe we were dealing with the same person. My experience: I changed dentists after 15 years, and wanted to support a neighborhood business. After my first visit in April, Dr. Al Shakhli said she wanted to follow up in four months. When I received the text confirmation the day before and confirmed the appointment, the office manager called me to let me know that my dental insurance would not cover the visit. I told her that was fine and I would pay out of pocket. She REFUSED to let me come in and INSISTED that I come in at the six-month mark. I agreed, and then asked if there were problems with billing because my previous claim had been denied because the dentist had not submitted the documentation.
