My name is Tina Higley. It has changed. I have had the best interactions with team Dr. Reilly and Dr Farmer. I had a huge meningioma. It was removed back in February. I have had several follow ups with this team. They have been very compassionate. Dr Farmer even gave me his cellphone number which was helpful. I ended up with an infection ( not due to surgery) I sent him a picture and he had me go to Buffalo General. I was back in surgery the next day. I have never waited on the phone for long periods of time. I also got help with the office to set up a patient portal. I get my medical records through the portal as well as check on my appointments and medication refills. Kudos to this entire team!!!

Avoid Dr. Frost (Sleep Doctor.) The first thing he said when coming into the room (first time patient appointment) was "You don't look like you have sleep apnea." I was previously diagnosed with sleep apnea and came in for a CPAP titration, not for a rediagnoses based on my appearance. He proceeded to mansplain and dismiss all of my symptoms.

Im getting anoid at Dent overall. Between Dent tower's sleep+movement disorder, imaging my apts have been cancelled by them no less than 4 times! Latest was 10/3/25, they left a VM/text to cancel my MRIs for cervical+ lumbar imaging. Having Degenerative disc disease for work related injuries from yrs past it would seem they would want to check on the "heart" of the issuues. Therefore im left to seek my films elsewhere. BTW---> the cancelations have been made by Dent consecutively

you really need yo simplify your phone system . After sitting in a que for 30 min twice I got the message we are out to lunch rom 12:15 to 1:15 please call back later. The second time I waited to talk to a person being 9th in line when I got to be 1 I was told to leave a message with the nurse triage. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO TALK TO A PERSON.

My name is Ronald Griffin I better dentation for 10 years plus anytime you call Dent you have to give him your phone number your date of birth where you want your meds they are the worst of they don't have the people they can do the jobs find them how hard is it to look you got my phone number how many people with my phone number call in the dent You know the worst part before you post you got to hit a star you don't even deserve one star right now and I asked Dr Henry to call me let's see if he calls cuz they won't even relay the message till I bet
