Was talked into braces at almost 60. My teeth turned out terrible with a giant gap in front. His assistant stripped the dentin off a tooth and my upper front teeth were put in a buck tooth position. The interior of my mouth was torn up so I stopped wearing the retainer hoping the teeth would return to original place. No such luck. I’m now looking at going to an orthodontist to see if anything can be done. I wish I had never met this man who was also less than forthcoming, even dishonest.
